I needed to replace my flamingo. It was involved in a vicious Christmas tree attack. LOL! My super cat decided she wanted to play with it. Anyway, I was SO happy to find it. This one will be placed at the very top of my tree going forward. HAHA!

This kit is a huge disappointment!I’ve made other dimension felting kits and they came out perfectly with wool left over,This kit does not have enough wool fir the flamingo and even though I made the body smaller not near enough pink.The pink flamingo color is ugly and the wool is cheap and did not felt well.I ordered a new roving woo( a real flamingo pink) from Amazon and will make another flamingo with plenty of wool.I do not recommend this kit but suggest buying a felting pattern and buy wool separately.☹️

Great little kit. The instructions were very good, there was plenty of material (I had a little left over), and the felting needle it came with was really good quality. It also came with a small piece of foam that was nice to work on. Very happy with it.

This is a disaster! Not sure how they could say this is easy and for beginners. The only thing I semi got to work was the main body. Making the neck/head, legs, wings all seems ridiculously impossible! Waste of money.

Made my first attempt at needle felting OK; the directions on how to make the wings need improvement. I could not get the folded triangles of the wings to yield the shape in the photo of the finished product.

No matter how much I needled the yarn, it was very resistant to felting. The roving was very coarse and did not feel like pure wool rovoling that comes in other kits. It was extremely frustrating.
