Le boitier aluminium vient d'une alimentation 220vac/12vdc Hs.Dimensions du Boitier L10cms l13.5cms H7,5cms.Le Module est alimenté en 220vac via un interrupteur et un fusible général. Jai ajouté un afficheur digital pour visualiser la tension de sortie.Pour un meilleur refroidissement le dissipateur du module est fixé au boitier et j'ai ajouté un ventilateur protégé par un fusible.J'utilise une Plancha électrique à deux résistances et Thermostats bilames pour contrôler la température des plaques.La température des plaques varie en permanence au gré des coupures et des remises sous tension des thermostats , j'ai mesuré jusqu'à 50° d'écart entre ces deux phases. (thermomètre infrarouge à visée laser).J'alimente donc ma plancha via le variateur de puissance , et je règle à fond les thermostats pour qu'ils n'interviennent plus, sauf à température maximale 330°environ.J'ai donc une plancha alimentée en permanence, des températures constantes et la puissance utilisée correspond à la température demandée, et pas 2300w ( puissance max de ma plancha).Un vrai confort qui rappel les planchas à gaz ou la température est fonction de la hauteur de la flamme.Pourquoi utiliser ces thermostats archaïques ?

Used this to build a complete 120VAC voltage regulator in a food storage container that worked perfectly. It was connected to a 1000W hotplate that had its temp control disconnected. This was so I could fine tune the plate's temperature up or down, one volt at a time. I used spacers to keep the heatsink of the controller 1.5" above the bottom of the plastic and drilled air holes for venting in the top and the bottom. It never overheated and worked flawlessly.

Il regolatore è stato utilizzato per il controllo della velocità di un motore asincrono monofase. Ho potuto constatare , con una certa sorpresa, che funziona sia con motori a condensatore che con motori a circuito di avviamento. Unico neo, che ha determinato le quattro stelle è che la regolazione avviene nel campo 50% - 100%. Infatti il more si ferma appena si scende sotto il 50% e questo indipendentemente dalla potenza del motore.

This would be a great unit, but the one I received got so hot I couldn't touch the heat sink after 5 minutes. I couldn't imagine using this unit for 5-6 hours several times a month.Revised 6/5/19I don't specifically remember what the controller was originally set at but I lowered it to 50% prior to using it. Unfortunately I need to run the unit at approximately 80%, and the sink became dangerously hot in my opinion.

SCR works ok. Note to others is that when I received it, the digital controller was set at 100%.

Use for beer brewing to control boiler. Have this on a voltage meter and the voltage climb is smooth. I've had other controllers where the voltage barely moves and then goes to max with nothing between. Definitely recommend
