MagnaFlow shipped me a package that was supposed to be a complete kit. As you see from the photo it was missing a piece of pipe and all the clamps and hardware plus the gasket. I contacted them and they told me they would send the missing parts right away and give me a $20 refund for troubles. As my car continued to be torn apart waiting on these parts I contacted them again after five days asking where my parts where. No response! I decided to file a report with Amazon and then, only then they responded. Refunding me and not making the situation right. No parts were ever shipped or going to be shipped, no $20 refund was going to be given. Now I’m stuck with no exhaust system, a car that doesn’t run and waiting for the refund so I can order from a reputable company who values the customer!

Over all it was a good purchase, the only thing I can suggest the supplier is to usebetter hardware the clamps snapped when the nuts were tightened.Other than thatI would have giving this a 5 star.
