Seems well built, for a dish rack anyway. Love the extendable bottom tray and the rack to hang mugs and glasses off!

I spent quite a bit of time researching dish drying racks, and I’m so glad I found this one! It exactly meets my expectations. Good concept and design and a very nice looking dish rack. The piece that extends comes in very handy for larger loads of dishes. Just a small word of caution: If your sink has a raised edge above the countertop level, the drain spout may not drain properly into the basin and some water may leak underneath dish rack. The after sale service team was very helpful in resolving this problem for me.

I had to replace my Rubbermaid dish drainer because it had chipped and developed rust. This dish drainer is bigger and holds more dishes, and I like it that it is expandable. It has no plastic to peel off, so hopefully it will last longer. It is very easy to assemble and looks sturdy, happy with my purchase.

I looked at various dish drying racks and most appeared to be "flimsy" and the water drainage to sink was either non-existent or was not high enough to fit over the elevated edge of my porcelain sink. This one fits, takes up limited counter space, has plenty of capacity, with an ability to expand if needed for say the extra dinner guests. It is also very sturdy and was some weight to it due to its stainless steel frame. It would be hard to load it with heavy stuff in such a way that it would tip over. I highly recommend it and would buy it again.

We love the true 4 glass supports, great under drain system, well designed and good drying metal racks, and plenty of extra space when needed.This aluminum Urackify replaces a 12+ year old Simply Human that was crumbling. After a year of looking, trying and returning several disappointing drying racks, the one we were waiting for finally arrived with the wrong silverware basket. Amazon sent a new replacement but also with the wrong basket. An email to customer service promised a correct part would be air delivered. Once I agreed it came quickly.

Like: The drawer extension / drip pan is very convenient. Full length silverware holder is nice.Don't like: Poor metal manufacturing quality - sharp edge on almost every steel rod exposed end, no deburring. I had to use a small file and a grinding stone to deburr every rod end.

I have been looking for replacement dish drying rack and came across this. Very hoping it would work well but it’s disappointed. It was nice looking but it wasn’t functioning properly. The utensil rack hang over the side, the drainage barely overlaps main dish rack and water got out everywhere. When I first got this, used with fewer dishes and it’s fine. But when I have more dishes, the extension drain leak all over my counter. I had to remove everything on the rack to clean up the counter. The worst is, I discovered few days after my return window and I’m stuck with this expensive $40 dysfunction rack. Very upsetting!!

Needed a new drying rack in my kitchen and would recommend this one if you are looking for a dish drying rack that can be compact + expand! It is very sturdy and I love that it can expand on my counter if I have more dishes that need to dry. Another feature that I didn't really think about when initially purchasing but is GREAT is the ability to have individual slots for the knives! I read some reviews that the drip spout wasn't long enough, but that was not a problem at all. On top of this being a great kitchen product, the customer service was great. I thought I was missing pieces to assemble (turns out I had everything), but the store's customer service was prompt and thorough in their response to help me out!

I have had this brand before and was happy with it. However, that one was two-tier and when I moved into a new house, I found that it was too tall and prevented me from easily reaching the power switch for the garbage disposal.I went on the hunt and found this one. It's really much better/nicer that my previous one because this one is expandable when I need it to be and can also be pretty compact most of the time when I need that.It's very sturdily made with aluminum so there is NO RUST. Once a week I run the metal basket part through the dishwasher lower rack and the plastic parts on the top rack once a week (same as I did the older one) and it comes out looking brand new. The attachable drainers fit securely or can be removed/relocated if needed.The one thing I'd change is for the black plastic parts to be available in a light gray because when water spots dry on the black it very noticeable and looks terrible. The light gray would hide those spots much better than black.That doesn't keep me from recommending this drying rack; if needed I'd buy the same one again.
