I bought a mic that came with a cable. That cable fits one sound machine but not another one from a different maker, it kept falling out. This cable works with both my sound machines and the mic with no issues.

There's not much to say about products in this category. It works just fine and adds no detectable noise (hiss) as expected. It is, however, being used in a permanent setup, so there is no wear and tear. I don't know what would happen if it were plugged in and out repeatedly all day

I bought this cable to use with my fbx feedback eliminator for acoustic guitar. It does not work well in that capacity. I needed to purchase signal matching transformer type adaptors. If you just need to plug a balanced xlr type microphone into a 1/4" jack, this adaptor is just fine. It is made well and perform well as an adaptor only.
