I use this as a substitute to the Karcher defoamer that came with my water filter vacuum cleaner. Better value for money per bottle compared to the equivalent Karcher product that comes in tiny 30 ml bottles. You really need only a couple of drops per use when using as an additive to the machine's water container. My only negative is that it's sold on Amazon in packs of 6 (too much!). Would've preferred to purchase in single bottles instead.

We bought a new carpet steamer/extractor machine and I had no idea how expensive and hard to find liquid defoamer was until recently. This product works perfectly and is much less expensive than any other product I have found.

Foam killer to the rescue! Great stuff and not a lot needed to keep the extractor from foaming over. Did have one incident when to much cleaning solution was in the extractor and foam build up was to much for defoamer to keep up with; however after draining tank and adding a bit more defoamer it wiped out the extra foam and it poured out easy. The amount sent was six bottles with the replaceable squirt top or screw on caps. Great deal for great price.

Works for steam cleaning foaming problems. Can't find Rug Doctor anti-foam anymore, this worked well.
