Great build quality

Doesnt fit an ATX motherboard AND a PSU. Its one or the other. While it was easy to put together I only used it for a test bench between builds. It is better with mini or micro atx but this is not what I wanted.

This makes a GREAT test bed if you do lots for computer work, testing or need a flexible "open" style case. Fits Mini ITX boards with enough extra room to mount 2 HDD brackets (1 3.5" and 1 2x2.5") as well as a mini DVD drive (in a slime case/bracket) using a combo of screw mounts and Velcro. Unit is very sturdy, and has a good finish with no sharp edges. Has a lip about 1/4" all the way around (under) so it sits off the desk/surface. If you put feet on it, they'll need to be tall enough to fill the gap 1/4"+

Gone are the days I use a motherboard box to test my components. Now I can put away the janky setup (mostly) and have a test bench that's more organized! It's pretty good for the price.

This is exactly what i was looking for! A very clean and simply open case that i could use as a work bench for easily swapping computer parts in and out in a very fast and convenient way! I'm a computer enthusiast, and in my free time, i spend a lot of time playing around with my systems, trying new configurations and ways to set everything up. This bench works perfectly for that. Assembling it takes less than 2 minutes, and the end result is a very strong and sturdy frame.

For the price not terrible, but the threads for the mother board stand offs are not good.

A little flimsy but it works as I used it to mount into a wooden case I made. Comes with plenty of standoffs and screws.

Works great. The base had a slight bow in it but that was fixed after I installed some wood legs. It just took a slight bend to fix. Alignment of mounts for computer hardware looks ideal. For the legs I just used some construction grade 1"x3" pallet wood cut to 16in lengths. For the screws I just used the ones that come with those cheap plastic wall mounts you get at hardware stores. I had to use tiny 0.5in length ones for the set of 3 at the rear panel so they slot through without needing to drill out the machine screw threads. This of course ruins those threads but no worry as this is a permanent install. I used four 3/4in length screws with bigger heads to secure the other board into place. For each board I carefully pre-drilled my marked spots(go by the shaft size, not including the threads so the threads got something to grip) and thread the screws by hand with a regular screwdriver in before I attempted install. This avoids mistakes or cracking the boards.Basically, with these boards installed as feet this avoids any mistakes of placing this test bench on anything metal that might short some connections under the motherboard, stiffens the thin metal the test bench is made out of, and giving you extra air cooling as well as easier access to the underside. It also gives you space to run the power supply cables underneath
