Whether you're new to sewing/cross stitch or an expert this is a low stress and easy to use grid disk. I have used this product now to make coasters and sun catchers, it is very versatile and extremely low stress. This would also be GREAT for people that maybe are losing their finger dexterity or vision and still want to do something with their hands. AMAZING value, the cost was so low for so many grid disks.
