(4 guitar holder +2 additional hooks) This is the perfect item to clean up my small music space. This thing is super sturdy and well made. It was packaged very well, and arrived undamaged. The instructions were good, easy to understand and follow. I would highly recommend this guitar holder. I liked it so much, I bought 2 more hooks to add a few more stringed instruments. It cleaned up so much floor space.

Very disappointed. Do not waste your hard earned money on this item. It was delivered towards the end of June and I immediately unpacked it. The instructions are very poor and helped so little that it may as well been written in a different language. It’s hard to tell which way is right side up, and there aren’t any pre drilled holes in item. So not only will you have to drill through the piece, but it’s extremely hard to do, since you must drill inside of the slat. That said, I placed it all in an extra room until I could get someone to help with installation. However, I decided to try again today when I realized the chrome on the guitar hangers are turning a different color. So now I’m stuck with a 350 dollar piece of metal, with the chrome turning sitting in an extra room due to not being able to install it to the wall. What a waste of time and money! If I could rate this item a negative 10, I would.

I am so happy with this wall mount! The white with the aluminum slots looks so sharp It really shows off my Zeta Prism bass graphite headstock that would have otherwise been lost with a black background The hooks are so versatile and adjustable. The Zeta Strados violin has pegs that are very staggered but the hook adjusted perfectly so it could hang straight. We were able to hit 4 studs and we used our own 50# drywall anchors at the other end, for guaranteed security. I'm sure the wall anchors that were provided would have worked well, I just wanted to be extra careful. This rack is beautiful and solid!! Now I just need more instruments so I can buy another one!

This is a very good guitar storage solution. The DLDIRECT set up is similar to a couple of others using the Slatwall tracks, but the difference comes in the quality of the PRO hanger arms. They are very sturdy and have very little movement of the arm when the guitar is being loaded/unloaded onto the saddle. I chose the hangers with the thumbscrews and solid bars due to having kids around most of the time. I feel they are a bit more secure with the solid bars versus the rubber straps. I also chose the 6" arm length as this lets me hang more guitars by giving them a slight angle, but still keeps them close to the wall.The customer service was exceptional. There was a slight miscommunication with the types of the saddles sent with the kit, I received the version with the plastic lock bar, not version with the thumbscrew locks. I sent an email to Customer Service and had a reply by the end of the day with a solution to get me the correct saddles I requested. The replacements were sent straight way.I think the best review from someone would be to ask; "would you buy this product again?", for me, it is a definite "YES!"

Worked as described. I can tell whomever packed this, really was proud of their product. I had three wall studs available so I put two 3.5" wood screws in each stud. Easy to assemble, install and use. Highly recommended.

This is the best solution if you have a collection of guitars that are living in bags and stands. I always admired the way guitar stores hang the guitars on slat walls with hangers spaced across the slats. I found DiamondLife and ordered their MX line Aluminum extrusion which is very attractive and sturdy. The hangers themselves are stout with a gusset to support the 1/2" square support rod. You can swivel the yolk that holds the guitar so you can angle it away or against the wall to suit your needs. I bought one and like it so much that I ended up buying two and couldn't be happier with the layout. Installation is pretty easy but you will need a stud finder. At 48" long you should be able to attach to at least 3 studs as you are cantilevering quite a bit of weight. I ended up getting a couple of spare hooks and the company is very good to deal with.

Received the wall mount very quickly from the seller. It is nice looking and functional. It is mounted on my wall and in use. When mounted correctly, I am confident it will hold 7 Electric guitars and 1 acoustic guitar that I have hanging from the rack. Albeit a bit tight for 48”. My bad on that.Two concerns. One of the metal slots on the wall mount slid freely. Had to put tape on the ends of the wall mount when installing to insure it wouldn’t move out of place when drilling the holes to mount the rack. The other issue was they did not send the correct metal locking hangers that were pictured on the Amazon page. They sent hangers with rubber holders like you see on floor guitar stands.After I expressed my concerns, they quickly shipped out the metal locking hangers, but in chrome, didn’t want chrome but at least they lock now. If you want the metal locking hangers, I recommend that you contact them before you order the wall mount.If they changed to the mounts to the rubber holders instead of the metal locks, they need to change the picture to represent what you are actually being sent.
