Didn't keep count of all my steps! Starts to work then stops and erases it self and starts over!!

My husband and I bought 2 of these and they do not work properly. We walk exactly 4 miles every day, but when we use these, it does not calculate that. I know we don't take the same amount of steps because his legs are shorter than mine, but it said he walked almost 6 miles, and mine said I only walked 3.5 miles. I wore both of them one day, and still got different results. They are not accurate at all.

The functions work as expected, however, the clip to secure it to the belt doesn't work very good. It is constantly falling off and will probably be damaged from hitting the floor.

I just wanted a cheap pedometer so I bought this one not expecting much. It gets the job done. You have to put it at the right level though or it wont count accurate. I found out I had to attach it to my pocket or put it in my pocket so it would be at the space where my leg meets my hip. When i put it on my waistband it counted too many steps. Just do a couple test runs by walking down the hallway and count your steps to make sure its accurate.

This has suited my needs perfectly. I was looking for something that my son could use without spending an arm and a leg. This pedometer works fine and is nice and simple. I've had it for about a month now and he uses it nonstop. No problems so far. If you're looking for an inexpensive basic pedometer, this is a good buy.

I've been using this pedometer for three days now and it seems to be slightly sensitive. Example, While using the 'steps' feature it adds more steps here and there. The red color is true to the picture, all in all it gets the job done, a nice little buy!Product update: not worth the 'good deal' after 8 days of use it broke!

This is the worst thing I've ever purchased off Amazon. This thing doesn't count your steps one bit. There is a ball-like substance on the inside and what it does is count how many times that moves, not you. If you shake the pedometer thus making the ball on the inside move, it will count steps. I wore it all day with no results until I realized that's what it was. I ended up purchasing an Omron Gosmart for $22 bucks and it works amazing. Also, returning was almost impossible. Save yourself the headache.

I've been using one of these DMC-03 pedometers since 05/18/08, which speaks to its dependability. Once a week, I record my steps, press the Clear button to reset it, and I'm good for another week. I keep a spreadsheet that does all the totaling and converting for me, so one number does the trick.The reason I give it a five-star rating is because it does one job so simply and dependably, and at such a modest price. It is featherweight, unobtrusive (mine is black, and I can wear to a black tie dinner without attracting attention), and airport friendly. It has been with me every step of the way hiking around the Sonoran Desert, the Tetons and Rockies and Adirondacks, and never missed beat.I've probably had five or six pedometers in the past. Some have been really quite expensive. Even with tethers, they somehow get lost. They break. They are bulky and cumbersome. This little DMC-03 pedometer is perfect for my needs. It is a simple little beauty.P.S. I originally bought three because they were so inexpensive and I'd seen a complaint about their construction. Two and a half years later, I'm still with my first -- so much for the complaint. The other two are in unused in a drawer. A few days ago, I purchased two more (red and green) and had them sent to a friend who is in physical rehab. I thought the reinforcement they provide might be helpful.
