2.You need to turn off your laptop and disconnect the power when you install a new battery

Worked perfect. They even included the tools to unscrew the bottom so you can remove the bottom plate to gain access to the battery. Watch a youtube video to see how it's done. I've already bee inside my HP laptop to increase the RAM to 16GB and changed the SSD to 1TB. you might want to consider these changes while your swapping out your battery. You laptop life and usefulness will be greatly increased.

There's not much to say. It fit our laptop model that's listed in the title. Installation was simple. Battery works as it should.I will note that there were a few screws under one of the rubber strips on the back of the laptop that have to be removed to take the back cover off. You have to remove the strip (2 pieces, one on top of the other) to get to them. Remove with care so you can put them back when you're done.
