When does your battery die at a very important time. No local replacement batteries available. Ordered with prime for fast deliver and fixed the problem. Snapped right into place and worked fine no problems.

I can remember when a replacement laptop battery was around $100 (often more). It is a pleasure to find one such as this so affordable which has given new life to a 5-year old laptop. Works like new.

Battery performance seems to be good so far after one charge and drain cycle following calibration instructions provided with the battery. This battery was more expensive than similar others, but this was the only one that advertised as fitting my laptop model. The others may fit, but it was worth the extra dollars to be sure. At first, it didn't seem to fit, but with a little careful manipulation, I was able to press it into place. The voltage is different than the OEM battery that came in the computer, so hopefully that will not create any problems. No Amazon sellers offer any batteries with 11.1v; 14.8v seems to be the new standard. So far, there have been no warnings from the computer, and it's running very cool, so I am pleased.
