No directions on how to use. Wasn’t sure if it needed dilution or a carrier oil- but it burned like crazy, turned the skin red. Sent it back.

My husband has chronic shoulder and back pain and has reached the point of desperation that he will try anything... even snake oil from the internet. He applied the product and immediately felt tingling on his skin so was optimistic. His pain did not diminish however and two days later suffered from new pain and terrible itching. It looks a chemical burn and he compares the pain/itch to shingles. It's been ten days and the pain/itch is still keeping him up at night and the redness has spread to the rest of his back and most of his chest. The itching is indescribable.
