I found this bumper to be good quality and it adjusted perfectly to the front of the truck. You can also leave the factory tow hooks on with the bumper installed which is not always the case with this style of bumper. Overall iām very pleased with this product!

I strongly recommend you NOT buy this. Mine arrived dented and scratched. Using the mounting brackets it came with it covered the driving lights and turn signals. Other than that, it was fair construction but I do not recommend this unless you dont mind drilling holes in the chassis frame to make it fit (with the included brackets).

Nice brush guard but couldn't install with brackets they make. It's about 3 inches short from the bolt and the bumper for the top bracket. The lower bracket hits the bumper backplate, jamming the bracket from alignment with the bolts. Horrible photo copied instructions with the images blacked out from making a copy of a copy.

Well, I didn't see any negative reviews for a 2002 GMC 2500HD.. and I ordered it for mine. I even did the " Guratanteed to fit.. So I'm thinking they sent me one for another year truck..Why do people give this 4 and 5 stars then say they had to fabricate brackets. I paid for brackets and Amazon said it would Fit..I had to wait till Saturday to install cause it's dark when I get home from work. So here it is Saturday, and it looks 1-2 inches low. You can see the bar is right in front of the head lights.. the 3 holes on the bracket do not match the 3 holes on the bracket. the postage size illustration on bracket for driver side and passenger side is correct. I had to pull my tow hooks to install..I want the correct brackets.. It took over an hour to unpack it.. I need to have them send me the correct one or correct brackets.. No the brackets are not interchangeable..Instructions suck.. illustrations are the size of a postage stamp. MADE IN CHINA!!!

Really easy install on my 2006 Duramax. Instructions don't offer much but it's pretty straightforward with minimal tools. Looks great!

I gave it 4 stars based on the price, $231, that I paid. It is not a 5 star unit but it is an excellent brush guard for the price but there are a lot better units out there but you have to pay double or more for them.The instructions are some of the worst I have ever seen!!!! It comes with extra brackets for both the 1500 and the brackets for the 2500 or 3500 HD Silverado's, that also made it a lot harder to figure out the instructions.The lower brackets use the smaller brackets for the 1500 and the longer brackets for the 2500 or 3500 HD's, you only use one set and have the others as spares.I included some pictures of the brackets installed on my 2500 HD, I hope that helps anyone else who buys this unit.
