Your cart is empty.Stretched Head bolts can lead to blown head gaskets and overheated engines. Head Studs offer a alternative when its time to reseal a engine head. Bolts when torqued are affected by two difference forces. The bolt stretches and twists. A Headstud will not twist as only the nut is torqued down. This allows them to add more clamping force and helps reduce the chance of burning up a gasket. Fit 2004-Newer LS1 LS3 5.3L 5.7L 6.0L engines / Chevy LS1 LS6 L98 4.8L 5.3L 6.0L.

no instructions washer did not fit the studs allen wrenches didnt fit well to much finishing coat in them burs on the threads would not recommend

Worked on my 5.3 gen 4I oiled the bolts and torque them at 30-69-80 ft pounds. You will need a deep 12 point socket 13 mm or 1/2inch

The real deal, make sure the threads are smooth and clean. Follow ARP instructions for installation. (Doesn't come with any instructions) set studs in finger tight then back out about 1/8 to 1/4 turn. I torqued my heads down to 100 ft lbs. In 3 step increments. 30, 65, 100. Use moly based grease on the washer/nut mating surface.

These head studs snapped while trying to torque them down to spec. I do not recommend using these studs if you plan on doing anything on a car.

Showed up early1-problemShipper damaged box tired to hide it soooo missing 3-studs socket & bag of nuts.Waiting for replacement kit but it’s Christmas weekend won’t see next order for awhile.

They came in and look to be amazing quality. Sent 1 extra nut cause I'm sure they know that one guy. Everything torqued down and the coating seemed quality as well. If the heads leak ill let you know

There was one stud that was wrong length and thread pitch. It's a small set back but I ordered another set and hopefully that set is correct. Inventory your purchases!!!!! And to the seller/mfg - BETTER QUALITY CONTROL!!!
