Your cart is empty. This aluminum radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently. This aluminum radiator is at least 40% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.

Such a nice radiator but the bolt holes do not match the stock fan mounts. Too bad. Also the main engine bracket at the top is also mislocated. If they could fix this they’d get 5 stars.

Ordered this to replace the radiator in my compact tractor as I cannot get an oem one anymore.I found 1 used for $600. Found this for a small fraction of the price and a little fabrication later it works perfect.

Doesn't leak and that is the best part. Nice construction, super easy to install, size was perfect with more capacity... and the best is my little zippy functions without getting overheated.

Works amazing seems too make the engine very happy on my civic had alot of the typical stock rad issues before this upgrade so its nice too have this ultra reliable upgrade works well have been using for over a year even through winter and still looks chrome and brand new has held up great and i can vouch for it being really good quality

Rad works great on my d16y7, its a little warped so it dosnt sit flush to the rad support like it should, and rad hoses were a really tight fit.But it all fit on with no other purchases and only took me about 30 mins in a parking lot to install. Btw car temps are noticeably cooler.

Half price of a stock radiator twice the capacity of a stock just as easy to install. I had actually purchased a stock radiator then I found this one. Returned expensive stock and got one of these. I’ve had it for about 6 2 8 months now and she does great my car keeps cooler and warmer in winter. the only problem I did run into is the inlet and outlet are little bit bigger than the stock but that’s not a bad problem to have in my opinion

Got this to use as an 'HVAC/Heat Exchanger'.Hot water circulation for heating in winter and cold water w/ice for cooling in summer. With the accompanying fan/blower recommended for this unit, it 'Actually Works Impressively Well'!Hooking it up to either a Passive Solar Water Heating System or even Heat Sourced Fires/Stoves/Furnaces/Etc. with K-Type Coiled Copper Tubing, a Low Powered - Low Flow 'DC' Hot Water Circulating Pump and Insulated Hose for where you need that Radiator/Exchanger to be, it Will Transfer that Heat as Hot Air if you Add a 'DC' Powered Blower behind it.Regardless the configuration and allowing your imagination to work with what you have, need or want, it certainly helps reduce winter time bills, helps provide for an independent Off-Grid Heating System and also doubles as an Air Conditioner during summer time's excessively hot days (just make sure your submersible water pump or water feed is "Bellow The Ice" as there is where the coldest water will be and highly doubt one can pump ice through 3/8 - 1/2 inch inside diameter tubing.!).The Radiator itself holds approximately 1.5L (1/3 Gallon) of water and has a Very High Flow Rate. Any Volume Rate Restrictions would come from smaller sized hoses or tubing. It is a beefy (as one reviewer commented) solid piece of aluminum. There are no other materials such as plactics or polymers on or attached to it. The unit measures approximately 14" wide and is 16-1/2" tall. The surrounding welded casing is 2" thick (not counting the 1-1/4" diameter flanges, cap and fittings and the grill itself is 1-1/2" thick. The product quality is rather impressive for the price.CAUTION; *You Will Have To Fully And Properly 'FLUSH THE RADIATOR COMPLETELY OUT' Before Using Or Installing It.! There Was A 'Fair Amount', Actually, 'Alot' Of Styrofoam 'INSIDE' The Radiator Itself that kept 'BLOCKING' the Non-Pressurized Circulation Of the Water Several Times.! I Had To Flush It All Out With An Air Compressor And Then With A Pressurised Water Pump To Get All Of that Styrofoam out as it Kept Blocking My Reducers And Lines. Don't Let That Get Into Your Engine Cooling System or Water Pump.! 'You Have Been Warned'.!Now, That Said; Enjoy...

It fits as well as a less expensive radiator should. I did have to modify one of the mounting tabs on the bottom because one of the tabs on the radiator did not line up. Also, and this is just a very small quirk, the radiator cap, once locked into place is not clocked correctly. The sides of the cap should point towards the left and right side of the car. This one doesn’t. But again, that’s only a smaller quirk and does not affect the radiator’s cooling abilities at all. Otherwise, it actually has the correct diameter inlet and outlet sizes for the engine I have in the car. My previous one had the small diameter inlet/outlet for the smaller hoses the come on a D series engine. Since I’m using a B series engine, the radiator coolant hoses are slightly larger and this radiator fits the hoses perfectly without having to either over tighten the hoses or use another piece of hose as a spacer. All in all this is a good radiator for the price and it will do the job that those high priced units will do at a fraction of the cost.

This radiator is way too high pressure for the 1.5L motor. Both of my rad hoses were rock solid when the car warmed up almost like they were about to burst. My car also started running like it was on its last leg and stalling out. Going to try and get a lower psi rated cap to replace and see if it works otherwise I'm ripping this thing right out. Also there are fittest issues. You can only get 3 out of the 4 screws into the fan and the two posts on the bottom do not line up with the mounting holes.
