Works great for boat anchor post. Made 2 of them for our pontoon and they are working well. Make sure you bolt them through the PVC pipe.

I like the quality, the description on the listing that enabled me to complete my post anchor project, the price was reasonable and shipping was fast. I was able to build 2 post anchors for $50.84 saving me $100 over pre-made ones. I bought a 10 foot 1.5" schedule 40 PVC post, 2.5" stainless steel 3/8" lag bolts, washers, lock washers, nylock nuts and a 1.5" PVC "T" connector. Drilling 3/8" holes and constructing everything was a fun project. On the "T" connector, I used PVC glue and also stainless steel 3/4" screws.

These are awesome!! Made 2 sandbar anchors and two sandbar tables theory the 4 augers I got. Fits perfectly in the 1.5 pvc I got from Lowe’s. Great stuff and a great price, love how light weight they are

Arrived quickly enough for me to get them set into the pvc pipes I had prepared before boating over the weekend. I made the mistake of just glueing them in with construction glue. The pipe is in the boat the auger is buried in the sandbar - as it came out of the tube. Other wise great augers.
