Nothing to Do with this item .iPads are not for the faint of heartThis is time consuming process . It worked . Did this for a family member and I would not attempt it again . The Process was successfully performed.Highly recommend to Order a Touch Screen , You will Crack it , I was going along great with the heating pencil which is adjustable heat levels kept it under 230C . It cracked . I had ordered one anyway .Also if you have the iPad finger print security, and you have some power left in the iPad , have it disabled before you work on it, as the Replacement touch screen ,the finger print security will not work. But the function to go back will.If not mistaken others have wrote this as well in their reviews.As I mentioned I will not work on another iPad again. I advised this to the person who owns it, if it goes again , Buy a new one .So far so good 💯
