Living in a sunny climate with cool winters has led me to acquire a variety of hats for protection from the sun and to provide some warmth in fall and winter. I think this is a stylish hat design, including a beautiful brown braid that is wrapped around the base. I measured the brim to be about 2.5” on the sides and roughly 2” for the front and back.I am impressed with the high quality, as it arrived tightly woven with no holes or damage. There were some unwanted curls in the brim due to it being folded, but I am working on straightening those out now. It fits tighter than I expected. With a head circumference of around 21.5”, I anticipated that I would have to tighten the interior adjustable band for the ½” to make it fit. However, I found that I did not actually need to adjust the interior band at all in person. I love the chin strap, though, which will come in handy for those windy days, when hats easily get swept away down the street.

The hat came in a small box since it’s foldable. The quality is fine. It can be adjusted to fit the head. However for me it is tight and fits a bit weirdly. That may not be the case for others.

I was expecting this hat eagerly! Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the fit... way too small. I offered it to my sister and it was small on her as well. Quality is good, looks great, and I like the option of the chin strap. It is lightweight, flexible, foldable and would protect from the sun... if it fit.

She loves this hat. The fit is great, not too tight and not too loose. The brim is the perfect size for protecting her complexion and the chin strap ensures that it stays in place on our windy days. The weave of the material is tight enough to keep from letting sun leak through and that firm material helps the hat keep its shape. Overall, she is thrilled with the attractive style of the hat and the protection it offers her from the damaging rays of the sun. This hat is a real winner!
