The push buttons used to deposit the shampoo are the same to fill and they easily get pushed into the container holding shampoo. Before it breaks its great but doesn't last long.

long steady pressure is best for distribution. Obviously, it doesn't discharge soap in a vertical plane so it's best to hold it horizontally and work the soap down the side of your dog. If you push too hard you'll push the rubber plunger right into the scrubber and will need needle nose pliers to get it out. Extremely minimal complaints. We keep soap in one and conditioner in the other, it was nice to receive two. Good product.

I love this it’s more sturdy and love how easy is it to refill. I had the all silicone one before this and the top wouldn’t stay shut it would pop out or go inside the scrubby part. Happy with this one.

My little pattie is super sensitive to grooming products. She doesn't like the way they feel on there thin short fur.But she was just fine when I used this. It keeps me from over using shampoo and creates a better lather than my hands alone. I am glad I got it!

Good size. Seems durable. Digs liked getting washed with them. The button fell into the compartment and was slippery with soap and hard to retrieve. Watch for that. Soft but functions to clean dogs. Works well but not with conditioner.

This is a soft scrubber brush that is convenient for me to give me dog a bath. I usually have to get help putting soap on my dog when giving him a bath but now I can just pour the soap inside the scrubber and press on the button to release the soap. My dog likes me giving him a scrubbing as he sits still and let me bathe him. The scrubber is small enough to hold in your hands and without it slipping out.
