This is a nice replacement cover for the dog's bed. I needed something inexpensive as he is still a chewer. This is good quality for the price and very soft.

I bought this in late November as a Christmas gift for my sister’s dog. Her mixed pit bull, at 78 pounds, a spoiled baby, is 5 years old and he’s a horrible digger. He has destroyed by clawing/tearing every single dog mattress, bed cover, whatever she puts on his bed after buying. She buys new mattresses or covers every 3-4 months. I thought why not save her buying another cover she’ll need and I bought this one because of its described durability. When we got together for gifting, we opened this cover, and she said she believes this will hold up to her dog’s digging over others. I remarked on how soft it was and how it looked and felt like fleece. The brown shade is lighter than the photos, more of a medium beige/tan. The white squares are true white and raised making it look a lot more expensive than it is. The waterproof liner doesn’t make that crinkling noise, which having a dog digger, certainly can be annoying. While he doesn’t piddle his bed covers, she said it will be beneficial for wet paws and quick dog washes. The zipper is a strong metal and she said it was a breeze putting it on his XL, 2” mattress. Overall, my sister said he hasn’t clawed at it in two days. Bonus for both of them. While I don’t have a dog because my cats won’t allow it, I would buy this based upon my observation and my sister’s relief of her dog not clawing or digging this cover. It makes for a great dog gift.
