These scissors are nice quality and I love the multi-chrome color. They are just really big to be using on a pet. Hard to do precision work without worrying about accidentally cutting my dog. Even the comb is huge! I have a 70 pound pyrenees mix and these scissors feel too big for her. Like I’m holding crafting scissors or something. Just awkwardly large for the task at hand. The blades are sharp though, and the gems stones are a nice touch to the design. I also really like that there are a pair of hemostats included, very useful. I just wish the blades on the scissors were smaller, so the whole experience would be safer and less awkward.

The set is cheaply made but fot price I didn't expect much. The thinning shears are a piece of junk.

This is a good variety of scissors if you like to groom your dog yourself, or even just do "touch-ups" between groomer visits. The scissors are sharp and seem durable. My only concern is that they are a bit on the long side, compared to other scissors I've used, so I will need to be extra careful when I trim my puppy, but other than that I think they will work well.
