Great! Wish they had more of a breakdown of weights to align when you usually bring to the vet for vaccines, but does the job.

I have 6 week old puppies that needed their first vaccinations and deworming. Since I am doing these myself I needed health record cards to pass on to new owners when they are adopted out. These cards have everything I needed to record dates. Easy to use.

I just wish as a breeder there was a place to put this information. Other than that I really like these.

I absolutely love these small cards. I give them out with ever Shih-tzu puppy. They are red and blue printed on like a cardstock type paper. Great, I plan to order more when im out.

Brought these cards to the vet when we got their routine vaccinations done, came in handy and makes it easier to stay on top of stuff. I think I’ll donate the rest to local shelter etc.. For mine I laminated the cover, keeps it clean and crisp.

Very happy with these. We had a litter of puppies and these were so awesome to send with them to their new homes. They are a nice thickness and don't have unnecessary things on the record, but also a spot to write notes. Recommend!
