Bought for my gf after she rescued a puppy that couldn't use hind legs. I had no expectation of success but after 6 months of using this device and other therapy she sent me a video of the puppy running and playing with another pup without the wheelchair. Success.

This wheelchair did not fit my small dog as expected. It does have some ability to be adjusted but you should measure carefully to make sure it will be the size that it is expected. It feels like a low-cost option to provide mobility for your dog, but maybe not ideal for long-term use. I am saving this to use with other special need foster dogs I take in, since it can be useful for rehabilitation for the right size dog.

My dog absolutely loves going on outdoor adventures, but I've noticed lately that we've been slowly having to rely on my dog stroller more and more on our walks. This isn't an issue for myself, but I can tell how much my dog misses sniffing everything in sight when they're in the stroller. I wanted so badly for this wheelchair to help my dog since their joints are not what they used to be, but I immediately discovered that the wheels were causing my dog to struggle more due to the outside terrain surfaces.I always time myself when assembling items, and I did the same for this Medium Sized 2 Wheels Adjustable Dog Leg Brace and Hip Support Wheelchair. The whole process took me longer than I'd like to admit since I got frustrated halfway through, and had to wait until the next day to finish completing it. After ensuring that everything was put together correctly, I went to place my dog inside the harness, and instantly felt dejected again. I had measured my dog multiple times to get the right sizing, but I did not anticipate their breed factoring in. The leg holes were much wider than my dog's since their breed is known for having short narrow legs. I still did my best to make it work, but even after weighing, measuring, and assembling everything properly, the wheelchair still felt so unstable. I feel like the quality would be better in the X-Small, and Small size since the wheelchair design is light weight, and better suited for a lighter breed.

This is a basic but serviceable wheelchair for a medium dog. It has been super helpful for my little boy. He is struggling these days after a leg injury and this wheelchair has proven an integral part of his recovery.It's not ideal for full time use (for one thing, it doesn't really allow for normal pottying) but it has really been amazing to let him play with his brothers a little bit. He has been a brave boy during rehab, but I can tell he is frustrated to still not be able to play like he used to just yet. So this wheelchair has been helpful in improving his quality of life in the meantime.It's not as sturdy as a super expensive one would be, but if you have realistic expectations I think you'll be pretty happy with it.It's a good choice for a dog who is smaller, isn't highly active, and only needs it part time or for a limited period during rehab and recovery. However it might not stand the test of time with day in day out use for months or years.All in all, I think it is an excellent value for the cost.

Don't get me wrong this product was very helpful to my dog who has trouble using his back 2 legs. But unfortunately, it snapped after 2 uses.
