when you dont have enough space to set up a whole gym this keeps your heavy bag at the ready when its needed and out of the way when its not. study and heavily anchored it will take the abuse you give to the bag and when no longer needed swings to store the bag against the wall. Feels well made and mounts easily. I do suggest being quite aware of studs or other secure mounting I would not want to have all the punishment given to a bag relying on some drywall anchors .

I recently got a really cool hanging punching bag and I had planned on hanging it from a ceiling hook until I saw this wall mount punching bag hanger. This is a much better solution for me and my gym space. This is a really nice, thick metal, sturdy hanging bracket that comes with all the hardware needed (wood screws or expansion bolts) to attach it to my wall.Not only can I mount it to exactly the height I want it to be on the wall, but I can also adjust both the height and the extension of the bracket to further tweak it to the perfect placement. And when needed, I can swing the bracket over to the wall to get it out of the way. Even the bag hanging hook is accommodating as it can rotate all the way around to find the perfect swinging direction. It seems like a simple bracket, but I can see that some very thoughtful engineering went into the design of this to make it highly adjustable, versatile, and useful. It’s really perfect for my use!

We have a heavy bag that we normally hang from the large support beam in the middle of our basement, but it was a pain to take down when in the way of other exercising or if the kids came down to play. This is perfect to set it off to the side while still supporting the weight! Highly recommend this - better than the floor holders!

This all steel construction rig is both solid and flexible. Made of thick steel and well-designed you can anchor this (wall stud, not plaster board) firmly in place and then manually adjust the height needed and out distance. The bag arm has a 360 deg swivel for the bag and best part when not in use, it can be folded out of the way to the wall and not having to be kept out in the open needlessly taking up travel space.

Perfect for the heavy bag I got. It takes a bit to put up, but once up, it's secure and ready to use without an issue. It really makes it easier to use for the inhome gym you're creating for those like to box for fitness or those who might want to box to become a fighter.
