One of the two parts ordered arrived without the necessary screws. Luckily we has screws from one we removed. The paint on one was marred and chipped..oddly the same one that was missing screws. Think someone tried to install but failed and returned the product minus the screws. We touched up the paint and installed the part, as we wanted to check this project off our list. Owning an RV requires a certain level of Mc Gyverism...it would be nice to have new "new" parts..but that isn't always the case. Cosmetic only..parts work fine.
