I installed this on a 14'x18' concrete patio, the fit was perfect and the installation was easy, it took 3 people about 5 hours to complete. The Pergola was anchored into the concrete after it was completely finished. Awesome product..!!

We were going to get a back patio roof built, when the contractor did not show up we decided to try this pergola out. We are not disappointed! This looks amazing and is sturdy. It works perfectly for pur needs.There were no missing parts, in fact they sent a few extra parts. For the money, this is well worth it.It is relatively easy to assemble, though you will need a few ladders and I would say a minimum of 2-3 people to put it together.

Beautiful but very hard to put together we had to hire a company to come out and put it together. It hasn’t rained yet so let’s see how it holds up

I’ve had this for a year and a half now so I thought I’d post the review.Pros: doesn’t tip or blow away on deck as it’s heavy and I didn’t need to nail it down to my deck.Curtains continue to work well.The original directions were missing several steps which was very difficult to figure out but the company gave me a small refund for the inconvenience as the videos they tried to send me of the part were still not correct.We use it all summer and in good weather with my deck furniture. We also have a bbq under it.Cons: essentially the top piece is made so the Blinds on the right all face one way and then the blinds on the left side face the opposite way. So if the blinds are open, you have to sit on either the right side or left side to see the sky above since this is on my deck against my house. So the other side the blinds are open only to the house view and not the sky. It looks weird when viewing from the bedroom above it too. It would look better if blinds on both sides faced the same way when they are up.The stick to open and close the blinds broke somehow (I just have it hanging on the hook) so now i have to make shift something to use to open and close it.The canopy seems to be bowing in the middle now from gravity maybe? so rain water pools in the little channels in the frame and water sits in the middle and overflows in the same middle spot instead of being diverted down the poles.The areas behind the poles don’t get enough sun so now I have a mildew issue in those areas on my deck.Overall I needed this to decrease the sun on my deck and it was definitely a better option than a cloth top.

We lost a huge tree by our deck several years ago and really miss the shade that it provided. This is working great for us.

I ordered this pergola bc the reviews looked pretty good and it was the cleanest and most modern looking design and it did not disappoint! I install pergolas similar to this for clients and they cost 30k plus! I wanted to get the same look but not spend that much. I couldn't be happier with it. As always with these products there were a few things that we had to work around but all fixable and it was not that hard to put together. I left the curtains off bc i was looking for clean lines. It took a few hours but it's very heavy and you def need a few people to get it into the air. I had an issue with the shipping that had nothing to do with Domi but they kept communication open and even though it wasn't their fault, they did everything to make it right and me a happy customer. Would def recommend it!

This is my 1st review, I'll provide an update after winter. I bought this product (10x13' in brown) a couple pf months ago. Delivery was ahead of schedule by 7 weeks from the date provided by Amazon =). Aseembly was OK, I did struggle a litle due the lack of steps in the provided assembly guide, however, I reached out to customer service and got feedback in 1 day turn around, somwtimes the same day, I reqiested additional procedures and videos, they were provided and I was able to complete succesfully the assembly. After some rainy and windy days in Michigan, I can tell my outdoor furnitorr was not wet, and despite the high winds the pervola is sturdy enough (even tough I havent attached the posts to my deck.). So far I'm super happy with this product, it looks fantastic you can enjoy sun or shade wherever you want, the fabrics in the package are also water/sun resistant so in hot days I really dont feel as hot as when I had an aluminum gazebo.Strongly suggest this product. Before starting assembly make sure you got all pieces hardarware and you fully understand every single step.

We bought the 12X16 pergola for our wooden deck to be able to have shade as well as cover when it rains.Delivery: We had a slight delay with delivery but the seller has excellent customer service and they were able to resolve the issue very quickly. We received the product within 3-4 weeks of purchase.Assembly: was straightforward, I watched the video before hand which made it easy to know what to expect and I was able to finish in 7-8 hours. Only complaint I have is that the manufacturer should have provided a drill bit as shown in the video (in addition to the Allen/hex key). Considering the price of the product, it is a simple thing to expect and the drill bit would have made assembly so much faster.Water resistance: the pergola is 90% waterproof thanks to the in-built gutter system. We are in northeast USA so drizzle or normal rain is fine but during severe weather with sideways rain, the furniture underneath gets wet. But this would be the case with any covered patio. And solvable by closing the curtains provided with the pergola.Overall: very happy with the seller’s customer service and very happy with the product! Would highly recommend.
