Received my lounge chairs on time and very well packaged. After assembling 4 other patio swivel and rocking chairs these lounge chairs were a breeze to assemble. All the parts fit together well and I was able to finger tighten all the bolts and nuts easily. Assembly took a bit of time because there are a fair amount of bolts to first finger tighten the after assembly is done going back and tightening all of the bolts. As per instructions, first do not tighten the bolts too much when first assembling the parts. I like the way these lounge chairs look and they are comfortable, if pretty low to the ground. I felt that the price is reasonable and they make a nice addition to my patio. The two wrenches supplied were of remarkable quality given other “tools” I’ve received with other patio furniture. Another welcome plus was the bolts supplied were of sufficient length. Especially important where the seat fabric had to be stretched to attach to the side rails. This made fitting the necessary washers and nuts straightforward and without a lot of difficulty.

After Assembling the chairs, put them on deck and we used them.The little table was a surprise.It is metal not Plastic that's a plus.

The chairs look nice, but there is a small tear in the fabric of one of the backrests. This is the kind of tear that will rapidly enlarge with use. Initially the seller replied, asking for more info, which we provided, but since then they have not been back in touch. Also, one of the seats was defective. So we have 1 functional chair instead of 2. Hoping for a reply.

They were easy to put together. They’re a little low to the ground and light weight. They are a little narrow, but I’m 6’1” and I’m comfortable sitting in them. So far, I’m happy with them.

I would like to start by saying we love our new lounge chairs by the pool. Not only do they make our area look more resort like . They're very comfortable and built strong. When putting them together ( follow instructions please ) and do not tighten all bolts till chair is together . Save yourself time . I did have one small issue during assembly, and in contacting customer service, they immediately answered and went well above what I could ever expect them to do . I would purchase other products from them if the need would arise.Thank you .

Chairs are comfortable and sturdy. Price was good compared to local outlets. You have to put the entire thing together. I did it by myself but and extra hand would have been helpful. Instructions were fairly clear and straightforward. Don't lose any screws or nuts because there are no extras. Getting the canvas parts assembled was a little harder because they need to be stretched to fit. I let them sit in the sun for a bit and that helped a little. The little table is a nice addition.

These pool lounge chairs are light weight but seem to be well made and sturdy. They are easy to put together but a little time consuming. They are definitely packaged well and took some time to unwrap each piece. We didn’t mind because not one had a scratch or dent on it. We ordered 4 chairs and will purchase again to add more around our pool.

Assembling wasn’t easy, however I expected that based on other reviews. The biggest reason I picked these chairs was the shape. First, butt area is lower than the leg so you dont slide down. I have to say this chair is far more comfortable than my other lounge chair thanks to the shape. Secondly it has upside-down “U” shape handles on both sides that help me get up and down and it makes these chairs so unique and look different. Also, the navy color is very stylish. I was at first afraid thinking the color would too stand out, but it is beautiful dark navy color that only adds extra luxury to my pool deck.I am not sure how sturdy they are. After I get up from the chair, I can see the fabric kinda stretched, but eventually it comes back to normal without loosening, which is good. But not too confident if it will be the same for big guys. Only time will tell!
