Note: When adding the gateway to the phone app, please ensure that the smart phone and the gateway are within the same WiFi and the WiFi is 2.4Ghz.

We needed to install door chimes for the safety of my elderly mom, and these were perfect! They were incredibly easy to install and set up, and downloading the app on my phone was a breeze. The multiple chime options make it pleasant to listen to, and I love them so much that I bought another set for my second home. Fantastic product—highly recommend!

I specifically bought this to be able to receive notifications and use the do not disturb feature. Notifications work great but if you need to customize do not disturb for some devices (doors in my case) and not others, according to the app this is NOT achievable and exactly what I found. Ring sounds never seem to work properly either. Will be returning.

Part of the time it works and makes the chime sound, part of the time it doesn't. Can't find any pattern or reason why. Very inconsistent and defeats the purpose of having a chime.

Value for price on this set is very good. This is not a hard wired set, you will have to change batteries which can be a pain but the fact it isn't wired is also a selling point for any business or home without appropriate wiring in place. It's super easy to install both the devices and the app itself. Nice, affordable way to improve personal security.

Literally does everything you would need for an indoor and outdoor entry detection system in a minimalistic package with no wires and no hubs. Works out of the box, easy to connect to WiFi, notification arrives within 10 seconds after a sensor is tripped. Highly recommended.
