Our door handles were getting to hot to touch. Storm door and front door. I found these, tried them and what a difference they made! Simply zip and unzip as enter and exit your home. Regardless of the outside temperature they would still heat up from the sun hitting the glass of our storm door. They also and equally protect in cold temps. However our main focus was the heat. Absolutely highly recommend them!

Perfect for protecting hands on a scalding or freezing handle, but the one on inside kept getting caught in door jamb and eventually broke the zipper. Salvaged it but if you don’t need one on inside I wouldn’t recommend using it. 4 stars because sun faded the black super quick

My daughter just moved into her new home and over the course of a few days we realized how hot her screen door handle became in the afternoon, with 3 small children this was not a good situation. I found this item and it was a game changer this cover protects the handle keeps it from getting hot and we do not have to worry about the little ones burning there hands.

These fit the door handle very well. There's a zipper that keeps them snugly in place. So far, so good.

I'm so glad that there are creative ppl who create just what is needed for unusual situations. These covers fit the metal door handles like a glove. In the Louisiana summers when it gets up to the high 70 and 80 degrees and the sun is on your outside door handle for hours at a time, they get so hot that they literally burn you. Even if you get unusually cold winters where you might get frostbite from grabbing a frozen metal object; these covers work!
