It's basically just a big specialized pry bar that fits between your door striker and door latch, allowing you to lever the whole door up or down to fine-tune the adjustment after you've had the door off for body repair. It's not really intended to make major adjustments, since you're effectively bending either the hinges or the door frame of the vehicle that they're bolted to. You could probably use this to do a quick fix on old sagging door hinges, too. It's good for maybe 1/8 inch or so. It's well designed, though I really wish they'd figured out some handy way to store the variety of pins that they include since they will be easily lost. I thought about just pulling the rubber end cap off and dropping them down the handle, but the cap falls off very easily.

If you have a car or truck door who's hinges/bushings are worn out and you need to make your door close properly in a pinch this adjuster works great.

It didn’t come with any hardware just the adjusting pole. So it would be amazing if the hardware was included. Now I just have an over Billy club.
