Like other reviews state, the casting on this is a different shape than OEM. I decided to pull the flange out of this one and put it and a new bearing in my OEM mount. Still cheaper than pretty much every other option considering my previous flange was damaged.

New bearing has slop. It is not pressed in far enough, resulting in pulley rubbing on assembly. Dorman is great for this kind of thing. If you have a press at home and like to re-man re-man parts, then this is for you.

Fit perfectly on engine. No problems after 2500 miles of testing. VERY sharp edges on everything, as is usual in these days of "efficiency" experts.

The bearing sits too low in the housing so when the pulley is installed it rubs/catches on the housing and won’t rotate. Can I get a refund? Or one heck of a file to file the housing down?
