Chased down an evap leak for 2 weeks. Isolated it to the leak detection pump. OEM ones, if you can find them, cost twice as much as this one. Exact fit, functions perfectly.

This part fixed the evap system on my 2001 Dodge Dakota 4.7L truck. The engineers at Chrysler did a TERRIBLE job of locating/mounting this; install requires removing the battery and battery tray, and unbolting the fuse/relay module to "twist" it out of the way. This truck has been pretty much bullet proof for over 20 years, so this bit of sloppy engineering was not expected. The check engine light is now out, so, OK.
