I had a terrible time to install , one of the three holes , the one away from the pulley did not match the position of the engine block threaded hole so I had to enlarge the hole to make it fit , it was like 3mm off . I had to file and try , file and try it took time to make it fit. Chinese quality in action . The bearing size is too small and I wish the pulley was made of steel so I can only replace the bearing if needed. Overall I do not recommend this purchase it was not a perfect fit .

I used this bypass pulley on a 2000 Chrysler Town & Country and it works fine so far, only on a week so far, but it’s still working. The only problem was the mounting hole in the bracket that goes kinda under the spark plug area, wasn’t drilled exactly where it should’ve been. It was about an 1/8” short of lining up with the mounting hole on the engine. I just reamed the hole out in that direction a little and it fit fine then.

Fit 1999 Town and Country 3.8l without the use of the supplied washers and bushings. Excellent solution to get the vehicle on the road until better weather allows replacement of the ac compressor.

Fit great, didn't need any of the supplied shims. Needed longer belt though. New belt for me on a '97 Caravan SE needed to be 97.5" long, Dayco 5060975 fit the bill.

2000 Dodge Caravan , 3.3 v6 , 185k , definitely not worth putting a new compressor in .. Used the 2 bolts with three extra 10mm washers for spacers and 1 nut from removed a/c compressor . Needed the longer belt ( Dayco 5060975 ) Once again Amazon saves the day and prime has paid for it self 5x over..

The bearings in Momma's car air conditioner went out, and it would have cost a fortune (plus some bodily organs) to fix it. "Catch 22" is you have no choice - the serpentine belt requires the a/c to be present. Was really in a quandary what to do next. Someone at work recommended a "bypass pulley" and I found a "Dorman 34156" on the internet (via Amazon). It has really saved my bacon! Very inexpensive, heavy duty, high quality, and easy to install. I've had it on momma's car for several month's now, and it's working just great! If you are desperate, can live without air conditioning, and are looking for an affordable workaround, Dorman is your answer!
