These exist for a reason. Turns out older Hyundai A/C compressors like to pile up, and seize solid. This keeps the serp belt routing as stock, it worked great. This one is for the Mitsu based 2.4 4cyl, but Dorman also sell this bypass kit for the 2.7 V6, part number 34890, if you need that one..

Does not fit as stated for a Kia Rondo 2012. Got installed but the brand the new belt failed after 20 km. Mechanic says the pulley isn't in line with the other ones once installed.
