Excellent price and free shipping, saved atleast $200 on shipping alone,not including price of each spring, more like bogo on amazon compared to other sellers

Raised Ride Height 3/4 inch. One spring in my purchase of (2) was missing the plastic inserts/liner on the spring clamps (clamps hold the bundle together on each end). I contacted Dorman customer service but haven't heard anything. Amazon doesn't offer any means to request support from vendor or contact the supplier. That is the reason I am giving the item only 3 stars.Update: Amazon refunded the purchase price of the spring that was missing the leaf clamps. As a result, I am adding another star to my review
