Product description says 10 pack, but only one arrived (packaged was not busted or showing any signs that the other 9 fell out). Also, ordered product on March 17th, it arrived May 3rd.update: Submitted my complaint to Amazon and 10 more arrived promptly.Note these are 25.5 mm (1 inch), not 25 mm

The ad and the label on the package said 25mm, but they measure 15mm.

This plug actually fits a 1" hole, which is exactly equal to 25.4 mm. Thus, it will not fit a 25 mm hole. If what you want is a 1" frost plug, then this one is perfectly fine. But, it's advertised as 25mm, and that it is not, hence my low rating. If they sold it as a 1" frost plug, I'd give it 5 stars.

Outside of box usage! Got flat doughnut shaped rare earth magnets that just fit inside these plugs. Will drill series of 25mm holes in 1" x 2" board (just slightly deeper then plugs are high) and recess plugs inside board so opening faces out. Screwing magnets and plugs to board and mount on wall. This gives me a very strong, non-scratching(!) magnetic knife holder for my kitchen. I'll plug the hole with something (epoxy or thin contrasting wood) and finish it with a cutting board oil/wax. Should be beautiful, functional, the 'right' size, and hold knives through most earthquakes.
