I bought two boxes of these, and while the quality seems good, there were no installation instructions included, and a search of the internet turned up nothing. Even the manufacturer's site does not have it. I called them and then guy could not find any on file and said "just tighten it until it is tight". One forum site said you need to install them a certain way in order for them to work. And what is that way???? Also, they may fit loose in the hole and you have to keep them from turning my holding the body with a wrench. A cresent wrench worked best as it would cut into the pressed-in hex boss, other wrenchs would slip. Kind of hard to do as the hex boss is not very easy to grab hold of.
