My original 2006 Accord 2.4 overflow tank had a halfway sliced cap, which was also crazy dirty from all the service life that the car has.This item comes with the rubber hose on the inside, not sure why this is not specified in the description.I couldn't remove the original tank as the plastic that holds the nut in the radiator broke while I was trying to unscrew, so had to improvise and force it out by breaking that plastic a little more.Was able to fix this by putting the nut back and adding back plastic from tie wraps by using a soldering iron with a fat tip.Plus a piece of steel wool on the outside for durability. Works extremely well and I was able to properly screw in the bolt.
