I got these when I replaced the front wheel bearings on my 2004 Mercury Mountaineer. They went on smoothly and it was easy to tell when they hit the locking element. I would recommend them, especially in this application.

This nut will not fit my 2003 ford explorer. The description and fitment information indicates it should fit but, it does not.Please correct your information and save people their money.
