Don't waste your money or time. After fishing them in for 45 minutes, non of the flares were made correctly so they didn't go into the radiator , cooler , or trans. Replaced with oem no issues. Dorman has gone down hill big time.

Replaced the transmission in my 2005 chevy 2500 HD with the 4l80-E and old lines broke so ordered these. They ran the same as factory and haven't leaked yet.

Dorman makes good enough oem parts. Bends were done almost identical, better hose. Only reason 4 star is because gm quick connect lines arent.

Purchased a line from Amazon, one end fit the trans and not the radiator, installed new clip, even reinstalled old line to be sure.Bought another Dorman from a local parts store and the flares on it were incorrect too, the first end I tried into the trans didn’t fit this time.Dorman has sold out . You’re buying Asia and Chinese parts.Dorman is no longer a name we can trust.

No more transmission leak. It was pretty easy to remove and install the transmission lines. The only issue was the retaining clips are a pain to get back in. Due yourself a favor and buy this tool (see photo).The removal of the upper and lower transmission lines was made easier by removing the front grill and lower plastic debris guard. Once you detach the clips slide the lines backwards to allow you the room to guide the lines below the front bumper.

Ordered this line for my 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500. Almost through with install, everything is in good shape. Giving 4 stars because the bend going to transmission isn’t quite where it needs to be to fit into the fitting. Had to pull fitting, insert then reinstall fitting.
