Has to be bent to fit. Mechanic also has issues with sealing it on the end.

Fit like OE. Good quality. But ! Plastic original latches will not fit where these join with factory lines in front of the radiator. Had been warned about this in a video. There's a couple thousandths diff in there somewhere. You can force the latches on but they will probably break. Broke the original and 2 new ones from Ford.

Lines fit and the quick connects locked into place.. However. Ford has a secondary plastic clip that goes over the quick connect fitting.. The Ford secondary clips do not fit over the dorman quick connect joint. I snapped the two original ones and thought that they were brittle.. Bought new clips and broke those too. I am afraid to run my truck without the secondary clips.. if the quick connector fails, there is nothing there to prevent the lines from coming completely apart and pumping the transmission dry of fluid, thus burning up the clutches in the transmission. So, until I can figure out a way to solve the clip problem, the dorman lines are completely trash and i would never recommend anyone buying them.. Ford put those secondary clips there for a reason and to discard and hope nothing happens is not a very prudent decision.. Do not buy these lines!!

I broke the original Ford clips, purchased 2 new clips from Ford for $9.00 each. They had to be ordered, from Ford and then I had to drive 40 miles to pick them up. I figured I must have broke them by not correctly installing them. I also thought the old ones were probably just brittle because of time. I put the 2 new ones on and they both broke as well. Then I took calipers and measured the distance where the safety clips seat. The Doorman discounnects are not made to OEM. They are to long, thus speading the plastic clips apart and causing them to break as they snap into place. Dorman products are normally very good products. I have been a diesel mechanic for 15+ years working on everything from small engines, cars, pickup, trucks to heavy duty equipment including CAT, Terex, John Deere, etc. just to mention a few. Safety is a big deal. One must be aware; there is safety for people and safety for the equipment. These transmission cooler lines will work just fine but, you cannot install the safety clips on them. The problem is if the disconnect material fails, there are NO safety clips to prevent the cooler lines from blowing off. If one cooler line blows off, before you are even aware, your tranmission will loose all of the oil in it in just a few minutes... you have just burned up a $5000.00 transmission. Ford put the safety clips on there for a reason! If Ford had never had a problem with them blowing off, they would not have made sure they were in place. I called Dorman, talked with a technical specialist and all he could say was they had heard about the clip problem, had done nothing to correct it and tried to convince me the clip were only a secondary component and they did not necessaraly needed to be there. Not the responible response I was looking for. He offered NO help to remedy the problem nor offered any finacial help for the money spent. NOT GOOD DORMAN!

There isn’t a snowballs chance in hell this is a replacement for the factory part number BL7P-7H420-AG which fits all the 2011 V6 trucks. Whether the ecoboost or naturally aspirated 3.7L V6. Since it shipped from Minnesota hopefully someone in the shipping department gets it. Google the factory part number. BL7P-7H420-AG For a 2011 Ecoboost. It’s cheaper online than this. This Which may fit a V8 truck. Maybe? Won’t fit an ecoboost if you took the motor out and bent the lines in a horseshoe where the passenger side exhaust manifold would sit. No way no how. It’s a shame it’s a dorman part number for all 2011 F150s. At one time there parts where decent
