First off, this is the 8 way harness, the description is incorrect. This works well on my 2004 Envoy, fixing the reduced power issue. I didn't use the crimp connectors included. I instead opted to solder and heat shrink each wire.

Simple packaging. No instructions but it's assumed that there only so many things you can do.The heat shrunk wire nuts weren't the best and I couldn't get both wires wrapped in the metal sleeve. Extra time with the heat shrunk gun to make sure of good seal. Not 100% the wire nuts will last.All in all good product and would order again. Also cleaned out actuator which was diiiirty. This may help stop those messages.

So far it's been great for our 03 Trailblazer. Used this harness to swap out the poorly done harness someone had installed on the throttle body. I kept getting a reduced power message especially in the morning before the truck really warmed up. One of the main culprits for this is the throttle body harness. Replaced the old POS with this and soldered the wires for a good connection, cleared the codes and haven't had any issues since.

Worked great on my 03 2500HD. Description is wrong though... it is an eight pin as shown in picture, and not a 6 pin as in title.

The product title for this item is wrong. Dorman 645-800 is an 8-way Wiring Harness – not a 6-way (the picture is correct). This is the same item as APDTY 756911. The vehicle compatibility listing is also wrong. Check the APDTY 756911 part for vehicle compatibility. It comes with 8 butt connectors but I thought soldering and using shrink tubing would make a more reliable connection. Fit my 04 Trailblazer perfectly.

Works great, used on my 2003 Sierra Denali along with the new throttle body to eliminate the "reduced engine power" faults these trucks are prone to.
