It does what it's supposed to do, and was easy to install. Holds the new leaf springs I put on just fine. The one thing I can complain about is more my fault than theirs, the 21mm nut that holds the bolt for the spring itself, has no tab on it to allow you to hold it still while you crank on the bolt. I had to make a specialty tool that would fit in the tight space, hold the nut still, and be removable. But once I had done that, all went smoothly.

OEM shackle fit as advertised for my 2001 Ford Ranger. However, the bolts that come with the shackle were too big for the bushings that came on the Dorman leaf spring that I bought. Reused the old bolts and worked just fine.
