Unlike other aftermarket stock style shackles, including previous iterations of this one, the shackles I received are oriented correctly , not backwards like like the pictures in the description show. The have the square part on the short bolt and and they were a perfect fit. The bushings are slightly long but so were the last bushings I had. Just tighten them down and they’ll squeeze into place.

Needed new stock bushings, this kit with the shackle included was cheaper than I found for bushings after delivery.

The nut was cross threaded from the factory. I had to use a thread chaser and the old nut from the old shackle to make it work. Dorman may want to check the quality control on the threads.

Glad I picked these up I needed them the old ones were to rusty to reuse do your self a favor and buy these if you are changing the leaf springs

Saw the complaints on here but took the chance due to the quick shipping and easy returns. Happy to say the shape matched the oem one and it fit on the truck perfectly. Would happily buy again if needed (05 xterra)

As some other reviews have stated, the shackles are assembled backwards. This means that the offset section is in the wrong place making installation impossible (see pictures). I am not sure about other applications, but these do NOT work on 2005+ Xterras. Save yourself the hassle and order directly from Nissan. Side note: if you do end up with a pair of these, the flat plates, nuts, and bushings all fit OEM parts.
