no instructions in box but went in just fine bolted up just fine. The only thing that I think it should come with it they should have the plastic washers for the window. If you break the window save your old space or washers for the glass.

Does not fit 2009 ford crown Victoria, I can’t return. Because I past the deadline, I haven’t used it yet.

Nice Job Dorman. Nuts & bolts included to replace rivets that I had to drill out. Thank you for the option to pay for just the regulator without the motor. Works as well as the other windows now.

It worked in my Crown Vic. Window regulators aren't easy to install but it's not the part's fault. But it comes with most of the hardware. I think I had to provide two bolts, washers, and nuts. But this works. Just a note, you have to re-use your window motor because this one doesn't come with a motor. Just unbolt the motor from the broken one and bolt in onto this one. There are many videos on youtube to help with installation.

This is a great window regulator at a great price. They also provide a great how-to remove/install instructions in the technical details section of the product page with color photos, but there are three rivets that you don't need to drill out. The three rivets around the window regulator motor screws, hold the base bracket for the window regulator motor. The window regulator gear portion is sandwiched in between the base plate and the motor.The new window regulator comes with bolts and nylon lock nuts for the lower window regulator attachment and window glass attachment. The upper window regulator attachment uses nuts.

This part comes in a box WITHOUT hardware! Check youtube for window regulator video .. So you will have to source them from a local hardware store and/or buy a riveter for 1/4 inch rivets, and rivets them selves (not easy to come by except at amazon or specialty auto stores) other than that part works great and don't forget to silicone spray the glass tracks on the window jamb for easier operation- Did mine under 1 hour

This fit perfectly in place of the defective original one and at a price much cheaper than the local auto parts stores. Used some bolts, lock washers, and nuts instead of going with original rivets. I too feel they should have included the bolt hardware as part of the repair package even if it added a dollor or two, would just save time searching for parts. I would definitely recommend this product.

This part fit perfectly. I do not like people who leave low star numbers and rave about the product. However the regulator fit perfectly on my 1997 Ford Crown Victoria.It has to be a known fact as I have replaced three of these that Ford used rivits to hold the window to the regulator and the bottom of the regulator to the door. This kit does not come with new rivits or bolts.I personally used bolts as rivits are mostly for manufactures to save cost. This part however should come with four bolts to replace the drilled out rivits. It would not cost much more and would make it faster to replace.
