Installed in a 2002 Ford Explorer XLS. The unit came complete and appears to be as good quality as the original. A great value. This mechanics skill level needed is slightly above novice. The written instructions are not worth using, just watch the YouTube video for removal and installation tricks. With just a few common tools, it can be done without paying a dealership $500 or more

I installed the window regulator w/motor on my friend’s Ford explorer. It fit just like the original. And it works perfectly. It was only a fraction of the cost of the original equipment brand. Longevity is the only question. But only time answer that question. But so far, so good

Window regulator matched up well and operates just fine.Motor not quite as powerful as original but handles the job ok. Takes about a second longer. For the price I would not hesitate to order the equivalent product for the other windows should the need arise.

If a 2-3 hundred dollars isn't much for you I would pay to have this done. It is for me but I have good friends so buying this was necessary. My friend has changed these out numerous times so I asked if he would help (basically I held things while he did most of the work). You will get greasy so maybe buy some grease soap if you don't have any.It comes with installation instructions and you can find installation videos for your particular vehicle on YouTube.I think it took 1 1/2 hours because we had to break/drill out some rivets from the previous motor assembly. My friend said that normally there are just bolts. I have an Explorer and there wasn't a lot of working room. He said other vehicles have more room to work so it is easier getting the assembly in and out.It felt like it was a quality product and has a warranty. Sometimes it is better to pay a little extra, I think this is one of those times.I will give it a 5 for now and update if things change.

great service, nice quality item. ran into one problem that was easily solved once it was figured out. Make sure to match the old part to the new part. I had a regulator that would not fit into the upper bolt holes. After comparing it a couple of times to the old one I found that part of the framing on the new regulator sticks out a little to far. easy fix was to bend the tab that sticks out too far over. then it fit like a champ.
