These are exactly what is needed on the older Ford cars and trucks, 50's and 60's, to mate with some of the factory plugs, switches and harnesses. It is nice that someone makes these. as you cannot get from Ford.

I ordered these cuz they are supposed to be Ford specific old truck connectors when I tried using the mail end on the Ford truck they were too big even though it was supposed to be specified for Ford trucks and the female ends that I ordered to come with them didn't even come with real female ends came with double-ended crimping sleeves

I used these for my 73-79 ford F-Series as they are the same as the factory bullet connectors under the dash. The plug directly into my auxiliary power port under the dash. I purchased male and female connectors for a factory look on my radio setup.

The product was "as advertised". The photo in the ad was correct for the item. Delivery was as promised. These bullet terminals are made in at least three different diameters. This one was sized correctly for the 0.176" diameter size. The ad should always state the diameter of the "bullet" as well as the required wire size. This is a shortfall in some of the ads. I had to cross reference the Dorman number to determine this. The application was on a 1976 Ford F-250. It fit correctly. The crimping process went well. The required wire size was as shown. Crimping was straightforward with a standard crimping tool. You can use it with a smaller wire but you'll have to "double over" the wire end. Dorman specs show the length of the connector as 0.827". So far I have always been pleased with Dorman products. These were not easy to find at local retail outlets.
