Dorman always been a good brand and it last never hade anything not good costs more but not a big difference for what your getting I rather get good quality parts top notch similar to OE original parts and be good then to go cheap and it go bad or defective soon you choose dont risk pay double when that happen with your mechanic

The smaller gasket has two different thicknesses. I used the thicker one but removed the screen. Works well to stop the leak on the VVT solenoid and housing.

If you get a P1259 CEL on your civic, buy this and a VTEC oil pressure switch for about $15 each. Get some carb cleaner as well and a 10mm and you've got everything you need to rebuild your VTEC solenoid/valve. Be aware that these will not fix a totally seized solenoid actuator (the thing that powers the oil valve open), so check out some video tutorials on how to test that manually with voltage to make sure it's working. Don't spend $500 on a new one if it's broken, either, your local yard should have loads if cleaning it doesn't help.Overall, parts fit perfectly, and the solenoid works like new.

I used two of three gaskets (and have no idea what the third is for) to stop the common VTEC solenoid leak. These will quickly pay for themselves by cutting oil consumption way down. Delivery was quick.
