I purchased the correct Crew Cab version of the Dorman lines as well as the fuel cooler. I had a professional and very expert mechanic install them. He had to rework the line from the cooler all the way to the engine. He had to also cheat the factory engine lines to gain a little bit more length. He got it clicked on but the safety clip won't install. He charged me an extra $300 for this issue. If the return line had the long collar like the supply line as shown in the image he said it would have been close to proper. If it wasn't for that 1 issue it would be a 5 star review. Everything else fit perfect.

Please help the return line is 1” to short where it connects to the engine. I can’t resend enough out of this line. The rest of it it good but if I use it I’d have to bend it so much it will break the fuel line or engine side factory valley return line

Putting one of these in isn't a cake walk but it can be done. The connection on my 05 Silverado's engine side did prove troublesome but was overcome by loosening as much as possible and slight bending to tweek it into position. With some frustration and choice words, it finally went. It is important to mention that this complete kit stops infront of the fuel tank and the company doesn't really make a 100% replacement ALL the way to the tank.I couldn't get my fuel cooler connectors off my old line and had to replace it too. Consider ordering one when you get this.

The front section is just blatantly too short as shipped. You have to bend it to try to get the length for them to snap onto the engine and the stainless flex connectors kink if you look at them wrong. Forget bending the flexible sections in any decent manner without them kinking. Just buy the oem set and forget about these.

Exact match for 2004 chevy duramax. Old rusted lines are pretty fing hard to remove but putting these new lines was nice

It is a nice set but it’s not a perfect match to original equipment. It comes in 3 section front Fran and cooler. The frame and cooler sets are excellent the front set is 2” short on tail end and 2” short at front end. I believe the original material length was correct but they bent and in do so lost more material than intended in front after bel housing they make a series of bends where they make the mistake and cause the line set to come up short. Also the connections are not of the quality of original but they do work

Do not buy this product! Dorman is assembling this kit incorrectly and they do not fit as they should. I have had my hands on 3 sets (2 from Amazon and 1 from my local parts store) and all were not assembled correctly. The representatives at Dorman do not seem to care that they don’t work as they should. Spend the extra money on the actual GM part if you need this line set.

This is the part # for the fuel line fittings that attach to the fuel cooler on a duramax diesel pickup truck. The picture is misleading, but was exactly what i needed as my fitting were showing signs of rust. Fit perfect.
